Eterna DigitalCom LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. We plan, build and maintain web-based systems, customer interfaces and subscription features. Our work may support an Eterna project or a client business; the contracting entity and the deliverables are identified in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
When we build a commerce or checkout interface for a client, the technical work is defined separately from the client’s own sale of goods or services. The payment arrangements for each product depend on the entity identified as its seller.
